The TOUR Academy is a one-of-a-kind, full-service game improvement facility. Our passion is helping you improve your golf game, our mission is to exceed your expectations every step of the way and our commitment is for your complete satisfaction.
Each of our TOUR Academy instructors is a carefully selected career teaching professional who shares a refreshing, effective and proven approach to the art of successful golf instruction.
All of our instructors are certified to the TOUR Academy's exacting standards. Certification requires a commitment to a personable, straight-forward teaching style of applying the golf's accepted fundamentals and a positive mental approach to the game. Each shares a philosophy that golf does not have to be complicated and, more importantly, it should be a lot of fun. Our expert staff will:
- Help you develop more confidence on the golf course by improving your skills from lengthening your drives to improving the accuracy of your approach shots to showing you how to save shots around the greens.
- Teach you the ball flight laws so you will be able to recognize your own swing flaws as they occur and make the necessary corrections and create an individualized practice routine just for you that focuses on how you can improve your swing fundamentals after returning home.
- Help you to develop a pre-shot routine that establishes a solid foundation for consistent and accurate execution on every type of shot you will face on the course.
- Enhance your short game feel by teaching you the time-tested mechanics that will allow you to master pitching, chipping, bunker play and putting which, together, represent the majority of the game's shots and the fastest route to lowering your scores.
Our Facility
The TOUR Academy Weston Hills offers outstanding instruction programs at the exclusive Weston Hills Country Club near Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Weston Hills has played host to both PGA Tour and LPGA Tour events and offers 36 holes of Robert Trent Jones, Jr.-designed golf for our students.
Our state-of-the-art game improvement facility features a private practice area, a putting and chipping green, practice bunkers and the finest diagnostic technologies. The facility also includes a comprehensive club fitting program that will perfectlly match your swing to the best equipment available today.
The TOUR Academy Weston Hills has been designed to create a serious learning environment while incorporating the fun, beauty and warmth that is inherent to South Florida and the Fort Lauderdale area and its outstanding array of nearby accommodations and dining into your visit.
The grass practice tees and greens are manicured to PGA TOUR tournament standards allowing you to develop new skills under ideal conditions. Our comprehensive short game training facility allows for fine tuning every type of shot you may face around and on the greens. This is where we will elevate your skills to new heights while taking your scores to new lows.
