Terms & Conditions
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT: Ticket only tournament tickets as well as the ticket portion of any package purchased are non refundable at time of purchase. PGA TOUR Experiences tournament packages which include lodging and/or golf require a non-refundable deposit of $250 per guest plus the price of the tournament ticket. Full balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If your arrival date is within 60 days then the entire balance is due upon confirmation of availability. If payment balance is not received 60 days prior to arrival, PGA TOUR Experiences and/or its affiliates may cancel reservations and place ticket, lodging, golf and other amenities reserved back into general circulation.
CANCELLATIONS: The following policies apply to all PGA TOUR Experiences tournament packages:
- Date of booking – 61 days prior to event. A full refund minus the non-refundable deposit ($250 per guest) and non-refundable ticket price will be processed.
- 60 days prior to event – 31 days prior to event. A 50% refund of the total package price will be processed minus the non-refundable deposit portion ($250 per guest) and non-refundable ticket price will be processed.
- 30 days prior to event – No refunds will be provided.
- There will be no refunds provided for rain outs. Ticket only packages are non-refundable at time of purchase.
All cancellations must be in writing and received via mail or fax. Please note: when one member of a party cancels, it may affect the total package price for remaining party.
CONFIRMATIONS: Do not book any transportation arrangements until your package is confirmed by one of our travel consultants and a confirmation number is provided. Please retain your confirmation number for reference information when your package is confirmed.
CHANGES: In order to provide you with the highest possible level of service, PGA TOUR Experiences will make every attempt to accommodate your requests for changes to a confirmed package. PGA TOUR Experiences reserves the right to charge up to $15.00 per change, per person. No refunds will be granted for any unused portion of any package.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: Delays, course playability, and amenity availability is determined at the sole discretion of the participating golf course and/or supplier. Credits and/or rainchecks are issued at the sole and absolute discretion of the golf course and/or supplier. PGA TOUR Experiences guarantees payment to the course and/or third party. No refunds for course issued rain checks.
DELIVERY OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: All travel documents, including car, hotel, golf vouchers, event tickets and airline tickets will be delivered to the mailing address provided at least 7 days prior to departure. An expedited booking fee of $25 per guest will be assessed for any booking made within 30 days of the event. This includes express delivery of package components.
LOST VOUCHERS: If issued, PGA TOUR Experiences and/or its affiliates assumes no liability for lost or stolen vouchers. If required, a replacement set of vouchers will be overnighted to a client for a charge of $25.00 (to U. S. addresses only). Note this does not apply to tournament tickets which cannot be replaced once delivered to the customer.
RESPONSIBILITY: Neither PGA TOUR Experiences nor any third party affiliated with PGA TOUR Experiences shall be responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage, delayed departure, missed carrier connections, lost or damaged luggage, substitution of service, changes in fares, schedules or rates by any transportation carrier, hotel, resort or golf course, cancellation, double booking, missed reservations or lost tickets beyond its control, breaches of contract or any omissions or careless action on the part of the suppliers/vendors that may result in any damage, loss, injury, delay or irregularity to any customers arranged by the PGA TOUR Experiences.
LIABILTY: PGA TOUR Experiences assumes no liability beyond applicable refunds as addressed in above. The client waives any rights of any other recovery including, but not limited to, loss of property, bodily injury, failure of performance or any other factor whatsoever. The client further agrees that any disputes arising shall be construed, enforced and adjudicated under the laws and consents to the jurisdiction in which PGA TOUR Experiences mandates.
OTHER POLICIES & CONDITIONS: All other PGA TOUR, PLAYERS Championship, and PGA TOUR Experiences conditions and/or policies apply. Copies are available upon request.
