TOUR Player Experience Schedule of Events

For the first time ever, everyday golfers will have the opportunity to experience what its like to be a PGA TOUR Player competing in a PGA TOUR Event as part of the TOUR Player Experience. 

Below is a tentative schedule of how your TOUR Player Experience will run.  Please review the below details on everything included, along with the special notes to ensure you take advantage of the full TOUR Player Experience.

Sawgrass Resort & Spa, A Marriott Resort – Check In

3:00 pm  - TBD

Arrival at Sawgrass Resort & Spa, A Marriott Resort

Check in

A representative will assist you with checking in

VIP Room at Sawgrass Resort & Spa, A Marriott Resort:


TOUR Player Experience – TPC Sawgrass

8:00am

Check in at TPC Sawgrass – TOUR Player Entrance
Special  Notes:
Sawgrass Resort & Spa provides a complimentary shuttle every day to and from the course. 

8:15am

Check into Players Locker room
Special  Notes:
To enjoy the complete TOUR Player Experience be sure to take full advantage of using your designated locker, and all the amenities available in the TOUR PLAYER Locker room (shoe shining, showers etc…) Please arrive in street shoes & change into golf shoes in locker-room.

8:30am

Tour of the clubhouse
Special  Notes:
Your TOUR Player Experience representative at the TPC Sawgrass will escort you around the clubhouse and explain the history of THE PLAYERS Championship & TPC Sawgrass

9:00am

Breakfast
Special  Notes:
Breakfast will be provided as part of your experience. Menus will be provided to you before your arrival.

10:30am

Caddie introduction – proceed to Practice facility for warm-up

10:45am

Introduced to personal TOUR Academy instructor (warm-up prior to round)

11:45am

Proceed to 1st tee

2:15pm

Greeted at 9th hole and lunch provided
Special  Notes:
The lunch menu will be provided to you before your arrival

3:20pm

Greeted on the 14th hole with a smoothie.
Special  Notes:
The smoothie menu will be provided to you before your arrival.

4:45pm

Completion of round – Greeted on the 18th green and taken to the Perch

5:00pm

After round beverage in Pub 17
Special  Notes:
Following the completion of your round your are invited to enjoy an after round beverage in Pub 17 to reminisce about the day and how you faired on the 17th hole.
